Coming off of a visit with the Auburn Tigers last weekend, Rice Owls graduate transfer offensive tackle Calvin Anderson will make a final visit with the Oklahoma Sooners before making his decision:
It’s official! I will be taking one final visit to Oklahoma this upcoming weekend. Then, my decision will be between #Hookem #GoBlue #BoomerSooner and #WDE pic.twitter.com/cnhZp0JMaa

As indicated, the Texas Longhorns are still in the mix — and perhaps still the favorite — as Anderson heads into the final days of his second recruitment. Prior to the Austin Westlake product locking in his last trip, he traveled to the state of Alabama:
God is good. Thank you @AuburnFootball for a great weekend and for giving me the chance to see for myself just what all the Tigers have to offer... and for the record, I did beat coach @CoachGusMalzahn in ping pong pic.twitter.com/ojHi2SYAzB

Becoming a contender is hardly a surprising development with Auburn — the program has plenty to sell at the moment. The same is true for Oklahoma. And Michigan. And Texas, too.
But the best news here may be the fact that Anderson won’t wait until late March to decide.
So, can new co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Herb Hand make his first huge impact on the Longhorns program by landing Anderson?
