A trip to Austin for Saturday’s Junior Day paid off for Brock tight end Baylor Cupp when he picked up an offer from the Texas Longhorns:
After a incredible junior day and talking with coach Herman and Warehime, I am beyond blessed to say I have received an offer from the University of Texas!! #HookEm pic.twitter.com/WlO97qb6Ry

It’s been a busy start to the year for Cupp, who now nine offers, with Texas A&M extending one on Friday. The other significant offers for Cupp are from Colorado and Kansas.
With listed 4.6 speed in the 40-yard dash, the 6’6, 235-pounder has plenty of speed to match with his prototypical size. And unlike many high school tight ends, Cupp has experience as an in-line blocker and flashes his physicality on film.
Expect his stock to continue to take off in the coming weeks.
A consensus three-star prospect, Cupp is ranked as the No. 479 player nationally, the No. 19 tight end, and the No. 56 player in Texas, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
