On Monday evening, the Texas Longhorns extended an offer to Temple tight end Jared Wiley:

Wiley was on campus for the Junior Day over the weekend and secured his offer after further evaluation by the coaching staff, which also extended an offer Brock tight end Baylor Cupp.
And even though Cupp is still rising to major prominence on the recruiting trail, Wiley isn’t as far along in his recruitment yet — he’s currently unranked by 247Sports and holds two other offers, from Missouri and SMU.
The ‘Horns may have the early edge after entering his recruitment so early, as three 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions now favor Texas only hours after Wiley received his offer.
As a junior, Wiley caught 25 passes for 323 yards and three touchdowns.
