On Saturday, Humble Atascosita offensive tackle Kenyon Green released his list of top 10 schools and the Texas Longhorns made the cut:

As the graphic indicates, the other contenders are Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Oklahoma, TCU, Tennessee, and Texas A&M.

The Longhorns are now a strong contender for the 6’4, 317-pounder following a visit last weekend, the first time that Green has been on campus in recent months. However, Texas A&M still holds all 11 predictions in Green’s 247Sports Crystal Ball.

In late 2016, Green committed to LSU after receiving an offer from the Tigers, but re-opened his recruitment just before Christmas. Head coach Ed Oregeron’s program still remains under consideration.

Green is a consensus five-star prospect ranked as the No. 12 player nationally, the No. 2 offensive tackle, and the No. 1 player in Texas, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
