The parade of important visits to the 40 Acres will continue this weekend, as Humble Atascosita offensive tackle Kenyon Green will visit the Texas Longhorns, according to Horns247.
The news of Green’s planned trip to Austin comes days after co-offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Herb Hand was able to make his first in-person impressions on two of the stat’s other top offensive tackles — Tyler Johnson and Javonne Shepherd.
Since Texas aren’t currently in Green’s top group of schools, which includes Texas A&M at the top and then Alabama, LSU, and Oklahoma, this is an extremely important visit for the Longhorns to start working back into the mix with the 6’4, 317-pounder.
Right now, the Aggies currently hold all 11 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions.
A consensus five-star prospect, Green is ranked as the No. 12 player nationally, the No. 2 offensive tackle, and the No. 1 player in Texas, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
