The offensive line is always a concern. As spring practice winds down, there are still nagging concerns for the Horns next season. The first is depth in the offensive line and second is depth at the linebacker position.

Can Texas win the Big 12 in 2018? Dallas Morning News interviewed Greg Tepper, managing editor of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football, about next season and what Texas fans can expect in Herman’s second year.

You know it is the off-season when newspapers run who are the top-whatever articles. The Dallas Morning News looks at Texas’ top 5 all-time receivers and top 5 all-time defenders. I’m sure everyone can guess who came out No. 1 on the defenders list.

Breckyn Hager will not cut his hair until the Horns win the conference. When that happens, Sam Ehlinger gets to cut it on the podium of the Big 12 championship. “We’ve all got goals,” said Hager.

After a loss to the Aggies, the baseball team gets to play our real rival, the Land Thieves. The baseball team will play Oklahoma this weekend in Norman. If the Horns win the series, they will be in a good position for first place in the conference and a shot at hosting the regional.
