Speaking of the NFL draft, how about 2019? Collin Johnson is projected to be a first-round pick. According to two sports writers, Johnson is considered to have the size and playmaking ability to excel in the NFL.
Is there a Herman curse? Why did a four-star recruit pick The Ohio State University over Texas? “I’m not going to lie, the official visit made me think about them a little more. In the end, I’ve watched a lot of people go to Texas with a ton of ability and maybe not achieve what I thought they could. I didn’t want to be one of those guys.”
The Dallas Morning News interviewed Texas AD Chris Del Conte. Del Conte has confidence that both Tom Herman and Shaka Smart are moving both the football and basketball programs forward.
