Good Morning ‘Horns fans!
How about a side of Texas baseball to go along with your coffee this morning?
Unfortunately the Longhorns couldn’t take care of business yesterday and now find themselves on the brink of elimination against that one school from the wrong side of the Red River. First pitch is slated for 9 A.M. CT.
The Longhorns should still be in a position for a hosting bid but will not do themselves any favors with a loss today. Not a great look for a the top seed in the conference tournament to find itself packing up and hitting the road on day two.
With that being said, I expect Texas to come out firing this morning. Even with the early start time, I believe the ‘Horns will be ready to make a statement and eliminate their longtime rivals.
Starting Pitchers:
Texas: RHP Nolan Kingham (7-2, 4.21 ERA)
Oklahoma: RHP Nathan Wiles (4-3, 4.04 ERA)
The game can be seen on Fox Sports Southwest or you can also stream via Fox Sports Go, or you can hear the game on 104.9 The Horn FM.
Win or go home.
