Are the Texas Longhorns set for another big Tuesday in recruiting? A week after landing Georgia defensive back Kenyatta Watson II, head coach Tom Herman and his staff have a chance to secure a commitment from Chandler (Az.) tight end Brayden Liebrock:
I will be announcing my commitment later today.

The 6’5, 220-pounder picked up his offer from the Longhorns back in February when he was one of the fastest-rising prospects in the Southwest. Since then, he’s added more than 10 offers — he has a chance to play at programs like Alabama, Louisville, LSU, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, and USC.
In recent months, Liebrock has done his due diligence, taking visits to Colorado, Ole Miss, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and Nebraska. Arizona State also hosted him for an official visit.
The Longhorns are in an excellent position with the high three-star prospect after getting him on campus for an unofficial visit during spring practice in March and an official visit last weekend. That is to say, the timing of Liebrock’s decision doesn’t seem like a coincidence, as a flood of 247Sports Crystal Ball picks have come in for Texas since late Monday night.
So get ready for some good news today, y’all.
