NCAA Basketball: Texas at West Virginia Ben Queen-USA TODAY Sports

The Texas Longhorns managed to turn one win into two this week, with big wins over the Baylor Bears and West Virginia Mountaineers. Texas’s expected contributors, Kerwin Roach II and Matt Coleman III, came up big, while Courtney Ramey stepped in to take some big shots. Can Texas continue its streak and build its tournament resume heading into its final seven regular season games? (2:58)

National Signing Day came and went, with Texas securing its lone outstanding player Javonne Shepherd. The big lineman adds another piece to an already deep offensive line group, as the Longhorns build in the trenches. Bru McCoy was also officially announced as a member of the Texas Longhorns, even though they don’t know when he will be able to suit up in Burnt Orange (13:11).

As the Texas baseball season approaches its first pitch, we take a quick look at what the team needs to do in order to build on last year’s success (22:19). And as the book closes on Shane Buechele’s career at the University of Texas, we take a look back at his legacy and one of the most successful freshman seasons in school history (32:13).

Finally, we close the show out with Bang the Drum, as Kyle takes a look at the Longhorns in the AAF and Gerald sends a shout out to Chris Del Conte and an old rival (41:09).
