We welcome in Phillip Slavin of Cowboys Ride For Free to give us some insight into the 2019 Cowboys. We discuss the trouble with replacing Justice Hill with Chuba Hubbard, who will be under center in 2019 and who will add depth behind Tylan Wallace.
