There was a point this summer where many had concerns on whether or not the Texas Longhorns would have a tough time on the recruiting trail, but adding more valuable pieces is becoming a daily thing for Tom Herman and his staff.
The Horns have landed another commitment for the 2020 cycle after Southlake Carroll offensive tackle Andrej Karic announced Wednesday morning that he will in fact be taking his talents to Austin via Twitter.

Karic became an official target for the Horns in early June when he made an unofficial visit to the Forty Acres and earned an offer while on that trip.

Texas has made the offensive line a priority in this current recruiting class with the Longhorns now having four verbal commitments on the offensive front from Karic, four-star offensive tackle Jaylen Garth, four-star versatile lineman Jake Majors, and four-star offensive guard Logan Parr.
Karic is listed at 6’5, 240 pounds, but his weight may be out of date after looking at current pictures. He is ranked as the nation’s No. 518 prospect, the No. 43 offensive tackle in the country, and as the No. 75 player in the state, per the 247Sports Composite rankings.
