The Longhorn Republic previews the Iowa State Cyclones

The Cyclones have a playmaker at quarterback, but how will they replace the other key pieces on offense?

We’re working toward the end of the Texas Longhorns’ schedule and we’re previewing yet another team that could have a lot to say about how the Big 12 shakes out, the Iowa State Cyclones.

Iowa State returns one of the top quarterbacks in the league, sophomore Brock Purdy, but have to replace two of the top playmakers from 2018, David Montgomery and Hakeem Butler. Who can step up and handle the production for the Cyclones?
