Texas has extended an offer to 2023 Minneapolis (MN) Robbinsdale Cooper four star athlete Jaxon Howard.
Howard is the top ranked prospect in the state of Minnesota according to 247Sports and already has 40 offers on his resume.

Howard is featured at both tight end and linebacker and judging by his tape it will be interesting to see how the Texas staff views him at the next level.
Howard is an intriguing prospect already despite only being an underclassmen and he will likely have every FBS program in the country hot on his trail by the time it is all said and done.
