On Monday, the Big 12 released the 18-game conference schedule for the 2020-21 Texas Longhorns men’s basketball team that features two games before the new year.
The double round-robin format is now in its 10th year for the conference, which will conclude the season with 2021 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship from March 10-13 (Wednesday-Saturday) at Kansas City’s T-Mobile Center.
Here’s the schedule for Texas and head coach Shaka Smart, who is now in his fifth season with the Longhorns and has his most experienced roster since first arriving in 2015. Texas is still finalizing its non-conference schedule.

Texas went 19-12 during the shortened 2019-20 season, with a 9-9 record in conference play. With the Longhorns led by an experienced group of guards that includes Matt Coleman, Andrew Jones, and Courtney Ramey, Smart will look for his first winning record in Big 12 play since his first season.
Smart is 90-78 overall since arriving on the Forty Acres.
