Austin LBJ three star safety Andrew Mukuba has been one of the hottest recruits in the country over the past month, as schools from all over the country have extended offers.
Over the month of February, Mukaba has received thirteen offers, including offers from Alabama, Auburn, Boise State, Nebraksa, Notre Dame, TCU, and Tennessee. Today the Longhorns made it fourteen for Mukaba and officially extended an offer.

Mukaba’s stock is red hot right now, as he has now cleared 20 offers. With the evaluation period around the corner more coaches are likely to get eyes on the rising safety, so you can bet more offers will be on the way.
With the Longhorns now in the picture, it will be interesting to see how things proceed and see what kind of impact the hometown team will have on this recruitment.
One thing is for sure, getting to campus for visits certainly won’t be a problem, so that is instantly a distinct advantage for the Longhorns going forward.
