Four star St. Stephens & St. Agnes (MD) wide receiver Malcolm Johnson Jr. announced via his Twitter account earlier today that he had received an offer from Texas.

Johnson is the 201st ranked prospect in the country according to 247Sports’ composite rankings and is the 36th ranked wide receiver.
Johnson now has more than 20 offers on his resume to date, and already holds offers from Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, and Oklahoma.
With this recruitment already thick with national powers it will be interesting to see if the Texas staff can get Johnson to campus this spring and gain some traction as they continue to cast a wide net for wide receivers.
