Yesterday was a big day for Frisco (TX) Liberty wide receiver Evan Stewart. Stewart earned a four star ranking in 247Sports’ first edition of their 2022 class rankings and was ranked 98th overall in the country.
That alone is pretty big news for a high school underclassman. To add to the big day for Stewart, he was also extended an offer by Texas.
So Blessed to say that I have received a offer from the University of Texas !! #hookem @JayValai @CoachDreColeman @simplyCoachO pic.twitter.com/8zgEEDACVA

Stewart had a productive sophomore season in 2019, as he recorded 43 catches for 757 yards and 7 touchdowns. Not a bad coming out party for someone making their varsity debut.
Stewart is two-sport athlete that also excels on the track, as he competes in the 200 meters, long jump, and triple jump. It’s clear that the athletic traits are there in spades for Stewart and schools are already taking notice.
Stewart already holds offers from Auburn, Baylor, Hawaii, Kansas, North Texas, and William & Mary. There will be plenty more where that came from as Stewart’s tape makes the rounds over the coming months.
