Recruits were active on Monday releasing lists of top schools, including Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei cornerback Jaylin Davies, who included the Texas Longhorns in his list of top seven schools.
As the graphic indicates, the other schools still under consideration are Alabama, Arizona State, Ohio State, UCLA, USC, and Washington.
Texas officially entered the mix for the 6’0, 165-pounder in mid-February, so new cornerbacks Jay Valai is clearly making an impression on Davis, who has more than 20 offers.
Alabama currently has one 247Sports Crystal Ball prediction for Davis, who is a consensus four-star prospect ranked as the No. 111 player nationally and the No. 11 cornerback, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
