Texas extended offer to Alexandria (VA) Episcopal three star safety Bryce Steele earlier this evening.
Steele is the 9th ranked player in the state of Virginia according to 247Sports’ composite rankings and is the 27th ranked athlete in the country.

Steele has FBS offers to his name as things sit today and as things sit currently, North Carolina and South Carolina are the front runners in his recruitment with the Tar Heels holding the significant edge in the crystal ball predictions.
Steele is currently slated to make his commitment on April 16th, so if the Longhorns intend to get seriously involved in this recruitment, they will have to work quickly or play the long game and try to get Steele to campus later on down the line.
