The Texas staff extended two more offers out today to in-state wide outs, as 3-star Mansfield (TX) Summit wide receiver Hal Presley and Royse City (TX) 4-star wide receiver Ketron Jackson added offers from the Longhorns.

Presley is the 82nd ranked wide receiver in the country according to 247Sports, while Jackson is ranked 31st among his position group and 175th overall according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
Presley now holds 22 offers, including offers from Baylor, Cal, Ole Miss, and USC. On the other side of the coin, Jackson holds a total of 16 offers, with Alabama, Auburn, LSU, and Ohio State already extending verbal invites.
With the offers out to Jackson and Presley, the Longhorn staff has now extended offers to 23 different wide outs across the country.
