The first-ever virtual NFL Draft continues on Friday, hopefully with fewer mechanical demands from commissioner Roger Goodell for fans on Zoom calls to boo him for being incredibly lame.
After seven Texans were drafted in the first round on Thursday, the Texas Longhorns are still looking for the program’s first selection and it could come during the third round.
Wide receiver Collin Johnson, wide receiver Devin Duvernay, and safety Brandon Jones are all players who could hear their names called on Friday, but it’s possible, if not likely, that the first Texas selection won’t happen until Saturday.
