The Texas Longhorns have extended an offer to 2023 Los Alamitos (Cali.) quarterback Malachi Nelson.
Nelson is the second quarterback of the 2023 class to receive an offer from the Longhorns, joining North Carolina product Tad Hudson.

Nelson is viewed as one of the top quarterbacks in his class and already holds 15 offers from some of the top programs in the country.
Alabama, Florida, LSU, Ohio State, and Oregon are just a handful of programs that are already in pursuit of Nelson despite him just finishing up his freshman season. When the rankings roll out for 2023 it is not going to be surprising to see Nelson name at or near the top of the list for his position group.
