Watch: Tom Herman addresses the media heading into Texas Tech

The Longhorns play their first conference game of the season on the road against the Red Raiders.

The No. 9 Texas Longhorns have made it plain that their goal is to compete for a conference and national championship, and that goal starts this week as they head on the road to take on the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Tech struggled at home in their opener, surviving an offensive onslaught from Houston Baptist two weeks ago. The Red Raiders hope to rebound against Texas and prove that they are a force to be reckoned with in the conference.
