Texas Longhorns athlete signee Ja’Tavion Sanders out of Denton Ryan High School just earned a fifth star in 247Sports’ Top247 prospect rankings. From 247Sports: “What makes Sanders a five-star prospect in 247Sports’ eyes? He’s a natural athlete and a flat-out football player with a big frame that projects to either side of the ball. As a senior, Sanders played full-time on offense and rotated as a pass-rusher on defense. He proved a consistent, dynamic playmaker from his receiver position, where the 6-foot-3 1/2, 235-pounder caught 63 passes for 1,156 yards and 16 touchdowns on more than 18 yards per catch.”
