Texas is a 5-point favorite against Oklahoma State

The No. 25 Texas Longhorns are five-point favorites over the No. 12 Oklahoma State Cowboys ahead of Saturday’s game in Austin at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, according to DraftKings.

The Longhorns own an all-time record of 26-9 against the Cowboys, including a 15-6 mark in Austin. Texas beat Oklahoma State in overtime last year, 41-34, in Stillwater. The last time the two programs faced off at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, the Horns pulled out a 36-30 victory in 2019.

At 5-0 with wins over Missouri State, Tulsa, Boise State, Kansas State, and Baylor, Oklahoma State enters next weekend’s crucial contest coming off a bye week.

ESPN’s FPI rankings slot Texas as the No. 9 team nationally and gives the Longhorns a 78.4-percent chance of beating No. 36 Oklahoma State this weekend. In scoring offense, the Horns boast an advantage of nearly 20 points per game.
