Inch by inch since he took over for once Heisman Trophy hopeful Spencer Rattler, Oklahoma Sooners true freshman quarterback Caleb Williams has worked his way into the college football MVP conversation. It’ll require something of a moonshot for Williams to land the honor once the season’s in the bag, especially with the likes of Michigan State Spartans running back Kenneth Walker performing like he is, but it’s in the realm of possibility.
