On Monday, the Big 12 Conference announced that the network and kickoff times for Nov. 6 will be announced following Saturday’s game, including the Texas Longhorns at the No. 22 Iowa State Cyclones in Ames — ESPN and FOX are utilizing six-day selections for every Big 12 game.
Texas (4-3) travels to Waco for a game against No. 16 Baylor at 11 a.m. Central on ABC, while Iowa State (5-2) travels to Morgantown to face West Virginia.
The Longhorns are 14-4 against the Cyclones in the all-time series, which began in 1979, but didn’t start in earnest until Iowa State joined the Big 12. Head coach Matt Campbell has notched wins for the Cyclones in each of the last two years with a 23-21 victory in Ames in 2019 and a 23-20 win in 2020 that knocked the Longhorns out of Big 12 title contention. Kicker Cameron Dicker missed a 58-yard field goal last year that would have tied the game as time expired.
