Texas Longhorns alum and former four-year starter under center Sam Ehlinger has been named the Indianapolis Colts’ second string quarterback, behind starter Carson Wentz.
Ehlinger was a seventh round draft pick earlier this year. Since the preseason, he’s been a bit banged up and missed a significant chunk of time, in which he would’ve developed.
So, does Ehlinger have a chance at landing a starting gig one day?
At this point, don’t rule it out.
