Newly hired Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer has taken on a slew of college coaches as part of his new NFL staff. His most recent hire is Chris Ash, 247Sports reports. Ash was most recently the defensive coordinator for the Texas Longhorns – what amounted to a short-lived one-year gig under the last of former head coach Tom Herman’s tenure. Prior to his time in Austin, Ash was the head coach for the Rutgers Knights. He previously worked as an assistant coach with Meyer while he was the head guy for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
