Four star Plano (TX) John Paul II cornerback Terrance Brooks revealed his top five schools earlier this afternoon.
Brooks is the 10th ranked cornerback prospect in the country according to 247Sports’ composite rankings and he is the 83rd ranked prospect overall.
Along with the Longhorns, Alabama, Florida, Oregon, and Texas A&M rounded out a very stout final grouping for the elite defensive back.

Brooks along with Denver Harris are two of the highest defensive back priorities for the Longhorn staff this cycle and both players are being heavily pursued by Alabama, with Nick Saban personally involved in both recruitments.
The Longhorns have done well so far at the safety position, but they will need to land guys like Brooks and Harris so they can have some true cover corner prospects in the pipeline moving forward.
With official visits being available this summer for recruits we are sure to see some things shake out over the course of the next few months, as recruits are finally able to visit campuses and have in-person sit downs with coaching staffs.
