Texas Longhorns legendary quarterback Colt McCoy is impressed with the Steve Sarkisian ear so far. He said as much in a recent interview with a reporter at 247Sports, per them.
“I just think there’s a different vibe with Sark and his staff,” McCoy said, according to 247Sports. “From the moment they got hired, all of them were reaching out to me. All the coaches were like, ‘Dude, we want you out here. Come watch some tape with us and be around.’ And that hadn’t happened since I graduated.”
McCoy continued, “For them to reach out to us … I just think there’s a different feel. I watched Sark’s offense in the [NFL], a top 10 offense in the league with Matt Ryan and those guys. I love what he does and I definitely think it’s gonna be successful here.”
