Four star Humble (TX) Atascocita offensive tackle Kam Dewberry announced yesterday evening that he will be using his final official visit to see Texas later this fall.

Dewberry used the month of June to see LSU, Ohio State, and Texas A&M officially, and he already has a visit scheduled to see Oklahoma in September.

Texas has been working hard regain footing in this recruitment after initially being in a solid position early on. Now the Longhorn staff is in position to get one of the final visits for Dewberry later this year, as they try to keep him close to home.

This is going to be a recruitment that is going to be won if the Longhorns can show improvement on the field and with the pending move to the SEC a solid showing this fall pay dividends for Dewberry and beyond.

Dewberry is the 108th ranked prospect in the country according to 247Sports’ composite rankings and is the 10th ranked offensive tackle prospect in the country.
