The time is almost upon us – Texas Longhorns quarterback Casey Thompson time.
The redshirt junior had his number called last week in relief of redshirt freshman Hudson Card, who, while notably talented, was a bit out of his depth against the Arkansas Razorbacks. With Thompson in the game, the offense seemed somewhat functional.
It’ll likely seem the same against the lowly Rice Owls this weekend, too.
