On The College Football Daily earlier this week, Brandon Marcello said what many of us have been thinking about the Oklahoma Sooners.
“They have a quarterback problem, I’m sorry to say,” Marcello said, per 247Sports. “... I don’t like [the chanting for Williams.] I didn’t like. Okay, how do I put this? Not only did they chant for the backup, Caleb Williams, but they did that several times. Like it was constant. And at some point, you have got to realize that what we’re cheering for is not going to happen, so maybe we should shut up and cheer the team. I didn’t like that at all from Sooner nation.
