In some ways, the Texas Longhorns are getting two conference media weeks this year.

First, it was the Big 12 Media Days a couple weeks back.

Now, it’s the SEC Media Days, of which Texas will officially be a part of once the program joins the conference by 2025. At the SEC’s summer event, Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban described Sarkisian as “one of the finest coaches” he’s worked with.

That’s a tall statement from the college football godfather himself.
