In this week’s Longhorn Republic, Gerald Goodridge and Kyle Carpenter get excited about a bumper crop of Texas Longhorns recruits inking on National Signing Day 2018 and look at their favorite parts of the class (1:36).
Then they move onto the Texas Longhorns’ struggles against Kansas State (8:54) and TCU (13:49), which seem to be tied to the performance of Mohamed Bamba and the Texas bigs. However, not all is lost as women’s basketball continues to surge (17:46) and baseball season is right around the corner (18:28).
As always, the boys honor Big Bertha and Bang the Drum (20:00). Kyle celebrates record-breaking feats on the track and Gerald again wishes tempered expectations for Texas fans.
