In hopes of bouncing back from a loss to then-No. 12 Villanova, which came down to the final minute, the No. 13 Texas Longhorns are back on the hardwood at the Frank Erwin Center this evening to host a much more manageable foe in the Texas State Bobcats.
Texas State enters the meeting enjoyable a successful start to their season, sitting at 3-1 with the lone loss coming on the road against Mississippi State, but they’ll have their hands full with a 4-1 Texas team considered by KenPom.com to be the fifth-best in the nation.
