During their first meeting, the Red Raiders narrowly outlasted then-No. 4 Texas, 79-77, to spark a stretch that saw Texas drop five of eight games before bouncing back on Tuesday with a win over No. 17 Kansas. Meanwhile, the Red Raiders have fallen into their own slump as of late, dropping three straight outings.
