The Fighting Irish will be in Austin for the first time since 1996, in which Notre Dame edged Texas 27-24. This time around, the Longhorns will be seeking revenge and a strong start following last season's 38-3 embarrassment in South Bend.

The two storied programs will have the eyes of the entire nation feasted upon them Sunday, September 4 at 6:30 as the only college football game played.
