Texas S Caden Sterns won’t return vs Oklahoma in Big 12 Championship

The Longhorns will be without starting safety Caden Sterns for the remainder of the Big 12 Championship.

After suffering an apparent leg injury late in the first half and heading to the locker room ahead of halftime, Texas Longhorns starting safety Caden Sterns has been diagnosed with a knee injury and is now ruled out for the remainder of the Big 12 Championship game against the Oklahoma Sooners, per the school.

Fellow freshman safety B.J. Foster is currently seeing action in place of Sterns.
