The Texas Longhorns are continuing to sow seeds for the future, offering 2020 offensive lineman Smart Chibuzo Saturday.

The 6-foot-5, 319-pound tackle out of Fort Bend Hightower High School recently became a hot commodity, as his other six offers came in the month of May, including offers from the Texas A&M Aggies and Nebraska Cornhuskers. Chibuzo becomes the sixth 2020 offensive tackle to receive an offer from the Texas Longhorns so far.
He has been on the recruiting staff’s radar for quite some time, after visiting Texas in May alongside another rising 2020 offensive lineman Akinola Ogunbiyi.

Texas fans may be familiar with Hightower High School, as former basketball star DJ Augustin played his final year of high school basketball there, after his family relocated following Hurricane Katrina.
