Texas vs. No. 22 USC game thread

After falling to USC in double-overtime in 2017, can Texas get revenge on the Trojans and secure some momentum and a ranked win?

Last season, what was expected to be a fairly easy win for a Trojans team that was abundant with NFL talent turned out to be another instant classic, although it was USC that narrowly outlasted the Longhorns in double-overtime, 27-24.

Fast forward to 2018 and not only are the roster makeups considerably different, especially for USC, but the odds may be in Texas’ favor this time around. The Longhorns own a 55.9 percent chance to win, per ESPN’s FPI, which aligns with the entire ESPN GameDay crew picking Texas to come out on top.
