The Texas Longhorns’ 2019 season is finally upon us.

After dropping back-to-back openers the previous two seasons, the Longhorns welcome the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs in hopes of notching the first season-opening win of the Tom Herman era.

Can No. 10 Texas re-write some of its recent history and begin the season with a bang against a veteran-laden La Tech squad?
