Four-star 2018 Webster Groves (Mo.) point guard Courtney Ramey will visit Shaka Smart and the Texas Longhorns this weekend, per Scout’s Evan Daniels.
The Saint Louis product added a Texas offer in June on the same day Texas offered Ramey’s teammate, Carte’Are Gordon. At that point, Ramey ranked as the nation’s No. 15 point guard, but is now up to No. 10 in the country at his position, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
The 6’3, 170-pound floor general holds 13 offers, including Louisville, Ohio State, Missouri and Iowa State, among others. Ramey recently took unofficial visits to Iowa State, Creighton and will be visiting Louisville on Wednesday, prior to his weekend visit to the 40 Acres.
Ramey ranks as the nation’s No. 66 player and the No. 3 player in Missouri.
