Tom Herman and his staff are attempting to address a position of need, as Mississippi Gulf Coast C.C. kicker Joshua Rowland picked up a Texas Longhorns offer during his official visit over the weekend.

A sophomore, Rowland made 9-of-12 field goals and 32-of-33 extra points this season to follow up a freshman campaign in which he earned second-team NJCAA All-American honors.
"He was an All-American kicker last year who was solid again this year," Mississippi Gulf Coast coach Chad Huff said. "He's a great kicker who was always steady. He helped us in special teams more than you can imagine."
In addition to a handful of FCS schools, Rowland also holds an offer from UTSA.
