Watch Matt Coleman, potential Texas PG of the future, tonight on ESPN2

Texas is among the final three for Matt Coleman and the top six for Brian Bowen, who also plays on Thursday evening.

For Texas Longhorns fans in the market for a pair of high-level high school basketball match ups on Thursday evening, your chance to watch four-star priority prospect Matt Coleman live is here.

Coleman is quite easily Shaka Smart’s most important 2017 target and could prove to be a key addition to a 2018 Longhorns roster that may still be without an answer at point guard. Coleman will decide between Texas, Duke and Stanford, though it’s unclear when that decision will come.

Coleman and No. 2-ranked Oak Hill Academy (Va.) will square off with No. 3-ranked Sierra Canyon (Calif.), led by five-star 2018 power forward Marvin Bagley at 8:00 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

Prior to Oak Hill vs. Seirra Canyon, No. 1-ranked La Lumiere School (Ind.) will face off with in-state power, New Albany (Ind.). This, too, is a matchup ‘Horns fans may be interested in, as five-star small forward Brian Bowen headlines a stacked La Lumiere roster. Bowen has Texas in his top six and was on campus for his official visit November 25.
