An early enrollee, the Texas A&M commit is a versatile prospect that can play a multitude of positions, including quarterback as an electrifying dual-threat option. Tom Herman and his staff will be considerably pressed for time with any hopes of flipping Paul, who is set to be on campus in college station in a matter of weeks.
Paul added an offer from Houston while Herman was still there, so it’s not much of a surprise the Texas offer has now come, though it may be too late to earn a flip.
Paul ranks as the No. 56 player in Texas, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He finished his high school career 46-0 as a starter.
