A Mobile product, Johnson also included in-state powers Alabama and Auburn, along with Notre Dame, Oregon and Stanford as the programs still in contention for his services.
An Under Armor All-American, Johnson is in store for a busy January, as he’s scheduled to officially visit Stanford (Jan 14), Texas (Jan 19), Auburn (Jan 21) and Alabama (Jan 28). Johnson has already unofficially visited the Crimson Tide and Tigers numerous times and Alabama and Auburn are the overwhelming favorites to land the 6’3, 253-pound pass rusher.
Johnson ranks as the nation’s No. 7 SDE and the No. 12 player in Alabama, per 247Sports Composite.
