Just hours after four-star Wylie East running back Eno Benjamin picked up an offer from Tom Herman and the Texas Longhorns, the in-state product trimmed his list and the ‘Horns made the cut.

Along with Texas, Benjamin included Utah, Arizona State, Oklahoma State, Michigan and Missouri in his final six.
Now that the much-anticipated offer was finally extended Benjamin’s way, it was to be expected that Texas would emerge as a legitimate option for one of the nation’s premier backs. Following his Thursday morning offer, Benjamin’s last 11 Crystal Ball projections all favor the ‘Horns.
He plans to announce his college decision and sign on January 7 during the U.S. Army All-American game.
Benjamin ranks the nation’s No. 9 running back and the No. 24 player in Texas, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
